Absence Reporting

Your child's absence must be reported each day the child is absent from school, for any reason, unless you have notified the school office beforehand.

To report a DAILY absence (not planned), please submit the daily absence form on our Parentsquare school feed 

To request an approved extended leave/planned absence complete the Stevens Creek Extended Leave form. (https://permission.click/AQx4K/int/8a4a)
